Associate Director, Clinical Development

Global Pharma is seeking an Associate Director in Clinical Development for Metabolic Diseases and is seeking an experienced physician to support the development of a new compound for the treatment of anemia.

The position will be to provide medial and scientific leadership to the Anemia for optimal understanding of hte indication, drug development planning and high quality clinical trial design
Design and execute strategic development plans
Contribute to drug development as Medical Lead in global project teams
Key role in preparation and review of core documents for MAA submission
Strategic and scientific lead on all interactions and negotiations with EMEA and FDA during the review phase
Networking with key opinion leaders, experts and universities in all aspects of the therapeutic area. Attend all major international conferences in the area

Qualifications
Must be an MD with 2 years post graduation clinical experience, preferably certified in internal medicine
Extensive experience in global drug development with at least 5 years within global pharmal, preferably in the area of Anemia/renal disorders
preferably experience with submissions and approval of NDA
In-depth knowledge of general internal medicine preferably Anemia/Chronic Kidney Disease and clinical and basic research
