Her last industry appointment was Head of Training (Europe & Pan America) with one of the top 3 pharmaceutical companies. Following a Board level appointment in the Clinical Resourcing sector she set up only medics with her business partners in 2005. |
Elaine is also an HR professional and member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), a careers advisor to British Medical Journal Careers (BMJ Careers) and a regular presenter and writer on pharmaceutical, management and recruitment topics for the British Association of Pharmaceutical Physicians (BrAPP), Pharma Times, Scrip and Activity Benchmarking.
